Hello Boultm, Simpl what are the problem with you guy's
i have orderd a product from boult audio using Simpl Pay Later (I don't have account in Simpl), after that i have cancelled that order and it is returned
now the Simpl still asking for the payment.
when i contacted Simpl they said
"As specified by Boult Audio, all the issues regarding the transactions are to be directed to them. Since cancellations, quality issues, refunds, and changes in the status of the transactions can only be done by the merchant."
Okay then i contacted Boult audio they said this "We would like to inform you that we do not have any cancellation and return policy."
so what ?
How can you say that ! you must need a cancellation and return policy
The product is not delivered to me, then how do I make payment to Simpl for no reason ?
Please explain
