My neckband is underwarranty and wire got badly damage so low and cheap quality product u are selling before this 2 times I got issue with the neckband

How cheap quality product u r selling this is 3rd issue I got with this neckband and now please don't send any ticket or anything
I want replacement as my neckband is underwarranty other wise I have take some strict action against this
I have attached the reciept and want replacement u do any u want to
