Boult Audio — Product damaged in few months | |
I have purchased Boult Audio headset in the month of Feb 2021 and it is having a 1 year replacement warranty. My headset got damaged and I have approached Boult support asking for replacement. Upon getting all the details they assured me that headset will be replaced. This has happened in June 2021. Since then I am continuously following up with them but there is no response from any of the support team. My money has wasted in this headset.
