The issue that I have experienced was: I have bought a boult headset on Invoice Number : IN-DEL3-84173 and Invoice Date : 16.10.2020.
The product is under warranty and i raised a complaint on May 10, 2021 for "Voice issue". They collected my headset and returned another old broken headset to me as called it as a repair. They missed my original headset and sent me some junk which was not even working.
I raised this issue and asked them to either send my original headset or a new as replacement as per their warranty rules.
Today I again received an old headset which is not my original one.(Complaint Ticket ID:[protected]

Send me a new headset as the product is still under warranty and see what they can do for wasting all my time and effort.
