The product i received in replace is white in colour where as the one i have bought was black in colour. Even though the colour miss match would have been accepted if the product was working fine, but on a contrary i have received a faulty products and in addition to it the left pod is not even fitting in the charging case. How bizarre it is to received a product after almost a month long wait, whereby i was told by customer care that my product is repaired and kept for testing and when i receive my pods, they were not even black rather white in colour. How did the repaired product came with different colour?
Now talking abt the product itself, it is not even working average. The moment it gets connected to the phone, it continuously beeps and keeps on connecting google assistant all by itself.
Therefore i kindly request to return this faulty product and refund my money including the courier charges i had to pay for sending the first product to you service center in Delhi. Was this information helpful? |
