Boult Audio — Regarding not working of one earpiece of wired headphone

I have ordered Boult Audio Bass Bud Q2wired headset through flipkart and product was delivered on 6th May, 2021 and now sound is not coming through one of the earpiece. As the product is within the warranty period so I request you to do the needful as early as possible.
