Dear Boult Team,
I have purchased two products X45 bluetooth accessories and Cosmic R smart watch but the calling feature is not available in smart watch and that's why I called customer care. I have discussed with Shaili (customer executive) about this thing and request her to cancel my order or suggest me for replacement process of this product with another Boult calling smart watch but she is denying to do this and said that there are no policy available in Boult company for this issue.
I am highly disappointed with this response because every customer has the right to exchange the wrong product with the correct one in case they ordered by mistake. Hence request you to please look into this matter and replace this watch with another calling feature watch.
