I have bought my earphone on 11sep from Paytm online shopping mall bt it is damaged while calling by using earphone the irritating sound is going bt nt my voice is listening even I have calmed in Paytm mall for replacement bt it became 2 days no one have came to pick up bt they are send message of out for pickup bt no 1 is ccoming n unfortunately it has been rejected NW so wt cn I do now plz try to contact me as soon as possible
