I recently bought Boult Bluetooth earphones from an e-commerce website. The first 2 months were nice and smooth as the product perfomed as intended but then suddenly one of the earpiece stopped working. So, I thought it might be a one in a thousand glitch could've happened with anyone. Hence, giving Boult the benefit of doubt I went to their website to file a complaint and get a replacement.
First of all their after sales service is terrible. I mean I have used products and they get damaged from time to time but the experience of getting it fixed is what makes or breaks the show. Firstly they don't respond to your complaints and are unaware of their own services.
Secondly, they only have a single service center in all of India that too in Delhi. So if someone wants to get his product replaced from Gujarat, that person has to spend money from his pocket and send them the product to their service center in Delhi, where the product might get "lost" and you may never get it back. Try all you want but higher chances of you not getting your product. Was this information helpful? |
