I got my earbuds from them which suddenly stopped working on 1 June, I contacted them about the issue, they gave me some troubleshooting tips which didn't work, then they took 18 days to even start a replacement process, I was notified that my product reached to them on 22 June but till today there is no further update, I posted two emails none of which are answered I have called them for more than 100 times but either there number is busy, or they put me in queue and even if my number come in the queue then they simply cut the call without even talking.
