Boult audio wireless earbuds purchased on 20/10/2020, and it was hit internal damage so I was claimed on warranty by given mail, they reply me as product courier for repair so I was done in the month of June 21, after that 1 mail received as your product is repair led and ready to dispatch, and same mail is receiving Since 8th July sending same as product repaired and ready to dispatch but till 3rd August, it’s being dispatching, Do I book a case as compliment against your company to cyber security regarding same issue. Is this fraud company and what type of cheating is this? Please let me know about this cheating and fraud, I will be help to other those who purchase the same product from your company, I want costumer care number to discuss the same.
