Boult Audio — While taking he/she is not able to listen properly and facing battery difficulties

I bought boult headphones at Oct 28.
As i started using for first time then, he/she is able to listen very slowly.
After using it for 5-6 days, then he/she is not able to listen properly.
It is told that it will provide 15 hrs, but its not giving that supply
