I had ordered Freepods of Boult Audio in October end. Within a week the product started giving problem and was replaced. But now after 2 months again the new product has completely stopped working. I have tried reaching their CUSTOMER support but it's too slow and pathetic. Always guide me with deceptive steps that any of the CUSTOMERs wouldn't like to follow. I am very pissed off with their product. Worst product as well as the worst company in the audio business. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy their ### product.
