Boult — Poor and unprofessional customer service

Dear Team,

I regret purchasing your product after having a very bad experience with your customer service.

I purchased a Boult neck band earphones online in June and within a month time I had problems as battery was draining soon and the left side piece was not working. I approached you authorised service centre on July 12, and after investigation they placed a replacement request where they assured to get it on 5 working days. Case ID JCHN[protected].

After a week, since there is no response from your end, i contacted your customer service and they said we escalated the case and it will be shipped and I will receive it in a week time. They also shared a reference number and while tracking it, it says invalid tracking I'd. So they have shared a name sake I'd. Still I thought it's a system issue and waited for week.

Since there is no update after a week, i again contacted the customer service and they again said that it will escalated and I will receive a new reference number, which means the product is not shipped yet. When I asked on why it was not shipped earlier, there is no proper response and they said they will ship it now and they cut the call abruptly which is unprofessional.

So do you expect your customers to buy your product and suffer like this. Actually you haven't given me a product rather you are holding my money. I need a proper response and if i don't get it, I am planning to share all the call recording and details to media and consumer court for the same which I believe you would not like or expect.
