I took bounce bike for hourly rental, it is 249 rupees for 6 hour and 40 KMs.
But the bike got break down and the bounce customer care executive asked me to end the ride. And they charged me based on 5 rs/KM and 1 rs/Min. I even didn't travelled the half. This policy is not mentioned anywhere in the app. They said that it is mentioned, but I could n't see it. So I asked them and they also failed to read it.
This is looting customers. If customer take bike on hourly package, they should charge only based on hourly package basis. Was this information helpful? |
