Bounce — Not giving any service or response even after paying for it

I booked a monthly rental scooter from bounce on 24th nov as I have to travel everyday 50 kms for office.
Firstly there is no communication or even any source to communicate or even any helpline or customer service. Even for picking up the scooty I had to go thrice there as there was no means to communicate and I also had to go to office.
After 3 days I got the scooty and I took it to office the next day and in the evening when I had to come back home the scooty won't start. It's battery was dead. After so much struggle and paying for whole month I got damaged scooter. After that I've been complaining about it everyday to them via mail and calls but there is np response from them. I had to go to there office yesterday to complain about it so they said they repair it today but they are refusing to do it today, and also no one is taking my calls. I rented a scooty because it is too costly to travel to work but after paying for scooty also I have to pay everyday 500-600 to travel to work. It has cost me almost double till now of what I had to pay.
