I took bounce bike for hourly rental, it is 249 rupees for 6 hour and 40 KMs.
But the bike got break down and the bounce customer care executive asked me to end the ride. And they charged me based on 5 rs/KM and 1 rs/Min. I even didn't travelled the half. This policy is not mentioned anywhere in the app. They said that it is mentioned, but I could n't see it. So I asked them and they also failed to read it.
This is looting customers. If customer take bike on hourly package, they should charge only based on hourly package basis.

I booked a monthly rental scooter from bounce on 24th nov as I have to travel everyday 50 kms for office.
Firstly there is no communication or even any source to communicate or even any helpline or customer service. Even for picking up the scooty I had to go thrice there as there was no means to communicate and I also had to go to office.
After 3 days I got the scooty and I took it to office the next day and in the evening when I had to come back home the scooty won't start. It's battery was dead. After so much struggle and paying for whole month I got damaged scooter. After that I've been complaining about it everyday to them via mail and calls but there is np response from them. I had to go to there office yesterday to complain about it so they said they repair it today but they are refusing to do it today, and also no one is taking my calls. I rented a scooty because it is too costly to travel to work but after paying for scooty also I have to pay everyday 500-600 to travel to work. It has cost me almost double till now of what I had to pay.

I am saitsh, from hyderbad. Bounce is no more active in hyderabad. so requested my wallet amount refund to my bank account. after so many mails they simply replying we are sending. but i still not recieved my amount. i given a plenty of mails, finally what they are saying you recieve only partial amount of 195. where my full wallet amount is 431.11.

These balance amount came from my recharges and fuel filling refund cash. Fuel refund means its not an offer. they offered to fill the petrol then i will get that spend cash in to my wallet. so its purely my amount.
But now they denied to give it back as they saying this is some gift money, they cant refund that amount.
If i want to use that amount they dont have service in hyderbad.

How these people are playing games with the customers. I really felt shame to support like these companies.

I took a four hour rental pass on Bounce app @Hyderbad. After many unsuccessful attempts I was able to book a scooter and in the middle of nowhere the scooter stopped. When I called the bounce support team and they made drag the vehicle to a certain point to drop it.

After that I tried to book another scooter near by, surprisingly this time even after many attempts I could not book a scooter. I raised the same with the Bounce they simple said the app has bugs and they could not do anything.

The very moment I asked them for refund as they could not help. At first they said okay and would forward the matter to higher authority and I would get a call within next 48 hours. After 72 hours I myself called their team and they were irresponsible. I tried again then said my refund was on the way.

Nearly after another 4 days I got part refund of the amount that I paid in my bounce wallet. When I asked them the same they said I was charged for the the first ride which I never availed (Scooter stopped in the middle of the road). Moreover, I was told there's no way I can get the refund my other digital wallets.

My name is ramesh from vijayawada on[protected], i did my ride from 12:00 pm to 16:54 pm upto 142 km during my trip i went long drive in this time after 65 km the fuel was empty then i call to customer care, their are advise to fill the fuel and take bill then sent. Now i am sent all documents. Please find the following attachments.. Then please fuel bill refund 200/- amount as possible as early. I hope bounce team will helps. But up to now i don't get any help from bounce

I initiated the helmet return on 5 january 2020. I returned the helmet to the delivery guy on 16 january 2020.
In my account it is still not reflected. It is already been 2 days.
I want to get the refund of inr 500 as soon as possible.
I request you to look into this and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

This is regarding the booking id 16244815.
I have taken ride a ride on 22-8-19 from 37/b ferns paradise, doddnekundi to baiyappanahalli which comes to 9.3 km (Google maps attached).
But i have been charged for 36.3 km for an amount of rs. 224.
Their auto response mail states they will get in touch in 24 hrs but no one have reached up to me yet.
This is the second incident, previously on my ride on 2-8-19, booking id: 13517603, they charged me for extra duration where actual charges was around rs. 96 and they charged me rs. 170.
I had to follow up for a week to get refund.

On June 15 near to Kodigehalli Main road (nearest landmark is turning of the Ayyapanagar circle from Hoodi railway station road) @2:45 P.M one guy who was riding Bounce rented bike has hit my vehicle (Honda CB Shine), I was making a U-Turn crossing the road and this guy almost coming @30-40 KMPH couldn't control the speed and hit my bike.

I was accompanied by my family and also my son who is 6 yrs old, locals there had helped to recover, by the time we were about to cross check this guy has left the bike there and ran away.

locals there have taken the bike in to custody.

I was trying to get in touch with Bounce to report this issue, but they are not responding either calls or my emails.
I want to go for a police compliant on Bounce and the driver who hit and ran.
