I bought an electric scooter by paying 1.29 lac rupees. Within a month, the battery stopped working. I took it to the the service centre, they advised that it will be repaired from one of our location which is in Rajasthan and it will take around 15 days. I submitted my battery and waited for more than a month but I did not receive the battery. I complained it to the workshop, they are saying talk to showroom manager. The showroom persons are redirecting me to workshop and they kept on dangling me from one to another. Finally I charged upon the workshop advisor and they promised me to provide me a temporary battery till my original battery gets repaired. After three months I received my repaired battery. But again within a month, it stopped functioning. I again took it the workshop and the same drama started of pointing me to showroom to workshop to showroom. I tried to reach out to customer care but did not receive any help. I am frightened by seeing the behaviour of Bounce staffs which is horrible and no less than a nightmare. The kind of staffs and the service provided is aweful. I request to look into the issue and take some immediate action. Was this information helpful? |
