I have purchased a Bounce Infinity e1 in Jun 2022 directly from the company through there website. Since Nov 2023 there is a problem in its handle which vibrates when ever road is uneven. I have bought the bounce infinity ev scooter on 1st Jan 23 and I was promised by dealer that subsidy amount transfer in 4 to 5 months into your account but till now no update on this. When I try get the information about the same dealer are saying, subsidy is pending from government end they have putted on hold.

I have purchased an EV which was delivered to me on 31st May, Its been 2 months but i haven't received my Subsidiary amount till now and the Ev Showroom - Vroom Deals which is located in East Azad Nagar, Delhi is continuously ignoring my calls and messages and not responding on the status.

Please help me out to get my Subsidy amount back.

I bought an electric scooter by paying 1.29 lac rupees. Within a month, the battery stopped working. I took it to the the service centre, they advised that it will be repaired from one of our location which is in Rajasthan and it will take around 15 days. My scooter battery terimnal got melt on way to my office I got stuck for 3 hours your so called dealers are not responding and your customer also said we have not any enginer at delhi. Till not more then 10 day are going to over my scooter is on ideal condition I dnt know what to do. Your vroom deal bounce infinity dealer is so bad in after sale service. I want to file a legal case on both of your the company and the dealer.

Need to bring down the misleading advertisement of delivering vehicle within 15 days upon prepaid full payment, where as actual wait time is more than one month

I have already done the full payment of scooter on 21-May but till now didn't received any notification/message/call regarding delivery information.

After once looking into this matter when I got to know that they don't have production completed for my choosen color & they requested me to change the color & I sent a mail to their email. But after that also I did not received any response from them, when I'm reaching out to them they don't have any proper resolution to my problem.

Also they are not following government standards regards to escalation matrix on their website, meaning you can't raise the concerns to the next level authority & they are the masters & you are their slave. If they don't want to solve our issue for some reason you don't have any choice without waiting. God knows when I will get the delivery & what will happen after vehicle delivery & how they behave to me.

Regarding bounce infiinity they took 87500 for scooter and invoice also they given for 87500 but actual pricing is varying in website and when requested for refund they are not willing to provide.
