I have purchased a Bounce Infinity e1 in Jun 2022 directly from the company through there website. Since Nov 2023 there is a problem in its handle which vibrates when ever road is uneven. I took to the Local Dealer (VEHICLE MASTER, Panvel Industrial Co-Operative Estate Limited, Next To Simran Motors ( Maruti Suzuki Showroom), Old Mumbai- Pune Highway, Panvel, Dist - Raigad, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 410206) and was told that Some Kone Set is fauly need replacement and spare not available. I regularly followed but 3 Months passed there was no resolution so I contacted Bounce Infinity Customer Care, Their Local Head but no resolution yet. Some times I felt that Handle of the scooter will get separated when it met with a pot hole. Was this information helpful? |
