Bournville Chocolate — Complaint about worms in chocolate

I have purchased bournville dark chocolate from dmart. The chocolate is having worms inside it. This is highly dangerous as it can have a bad impact on health. Also how can a company sell such products which are deteriorated? I want this to be taken action and such issues should be first considered.
