I ordered from Box 8 on 14.05.2017 at around 11.30, after the payment to the bank, the amount got deducted, there was no confirmation message or email. So i called the customer care, he told me that the order cannot be placed because the money is not credited to their account. I told i've the transaction ID which i can share with them. But he is not ready to place the order and misguided that the bank will refund my amount within 24 hrs and asked me to place a new order. In-spite of money getting deducted from my account, y should i place a new order?
I asked him to connect to his manager. He told that his manager will call me in 20 mins, i did not receive a call from them also. i again called to the customer care, she asked me if i can place the order now? After 2 hours of money getting deducted, and they refused to place the order, Should i still be waiting after 2 hours so that box8 can place the order. i ordered from a different one and got it delivered on time.
That money is still not compensated to me nor there was an order nor refund later. Was this information helpful? |
