Please set the delivery system in place and then run the show. When you have incapable delivery system then no point in giving offers and cheating the world. My 1st and last with Box 8 - ordered placed @12:35 pm and @ 2:30 pm the delivery man is still showing me castles in the air stating he is still on the way - my hunger is dead and so is my impression abt Box 8. ppl out there beware of these guys. The customer service team tried to convince me by giving food for free - let me tell you guys 1 important thing "I am no beggar to eat free food, I am my own boss I wanted food while i was hungry and not after its dead"

Previously, we used to order from box 8. However, for the past 6 months, we are not able to order, as it is giving an error stating we are yet to serve in your area.
We really like your food. Please advise.
