Box 8 — Wrong order and did not replace

I had ordered four all-in-one meals. There was an issue with two meals. I had ordered paratha base they served rice base. Also, for the complimentary they give choice between chole and dal makni. Instead of chole they served dal makni. Despite of the ordered being wrong they did not replace the order. I have screenshot of the order placed online and the bill given by them. Also given a feedback
