Bought a new bpl washing machine. It was defeated from fge beginning. For one year i get technicians coming and changing parts and still its defected. Sent more tgen 15 emails to them. They send me an apology email back and laugh at my face. Scheduleling a technician but no one shows up. I dont know what to do any more. Im in rage. Customer service is the worst iv ever encountered. From the service center now has decided my machine is ok and the fact that it dosent acstract the soap is tge way this machine is working. Please help!!! Was this information helpful? |
