I am not getting service and support on my BPL Side by Side Refrigerator purchased online from Amazon on 9th oct 2019. the refrigerator has compressor warranty of 5 years. I have registered complaint number "R240808Gha47002" on 8th Aug for cooling issue. I was assured that technician will visit in 7 working days but so far on 22nd Aug no technicain hs visited and service center numbering is not connecting and I am not getting any response from service support team.

    I have been register a complaint to [protected]@bpl.in on 12 th January 2023 and i got the response as working and our service guy contact you in 72 hrs. its almost 7 Months instead of 72hrs. i keep following from January but there is no action. Please find the first and latest responses of bpl care center. Any suggestion how to get solved this ?

        I raised a complaint before 20 days. whenever I call BPL care, they are confirming that service person will come in 24 hours. But no one is attending this issue. I read many complaints like this in customer Complaints forum.
        So BPL is not doing service but simply they are pushing customers to take care themselves. It is very shameful for BPL even they are such a big company.

        At least they have anounce no Service will taken care by BPL.

        If anyone knows any option to get service from BPL, Kindly advice. Thank you!

          Bought an AC on which their installation people kept on denying installation. The team which came forced us to add work to it for money and we ended up paying approx 1500 rupees. They were not following instructions as well because of which a hole on the panel can been seen and their solution was to hide it with a white tape. I have the photos of the work they have done. The worst customer experience I have beared in my life. They have service mechanics who are only looking to add stuff to extract money and if you do not agree then they deny for installation. They were suppose to install it on Saturday but after 50+ follow ups, they came on Monday because of which I had to skip work today and that too such pathetic work that they have delivered

              Hi the issue is already registered with BPL company as per norms and the Call Id is - R220121Che40865
              The technician visited the place and he got around 6, 000 rupees to service.
              But it worked only for 3 days and it did not work after that. He is not picking up the call when we call him. Even if he does, he gives a timeframe of one week to come to our home and service. But he never comes.
              We cannot be without a washing machine. We have also spent a lot of money on this machine. Hence, I need the service to happen as soon as possible.
              I have furnished the technician contact details for your reference.
              He already got a hefty sum of money from me. 6k rupees for a 15k machine. Almost 1/3rd of the machine price.

                  I would like to inform you all that todayI have had one of the worst customer care experience ever.
                  I had called the team since there is some issue with my BPL fully automatic washing machine.
                  As instructed by Abbas Sahib, I calledon OLD TOLL FREE - [protected] and spoke with an executive who said hisname was Richard.Right from the beginning of the call, hewas unprofessional, impolite, unwilling to help, sarcastic and also was in ahurry to discontinue the conversation after I explained the issue. He even told me that BPL customer carecant help me with my request.I have never had such unprofessional, irresponsible and rude behaviour from any customer care team till date. My suggestion, with such sub standardexecutives like Richard, BPL should rename their customer care team as"customer UNCARE team". I now regret having bought a BPL productwhen there were so many better and reliable options in the market.

                      Last 3 months i have been trying to get BPL to fix the faulty dishwasher.
                      despite 100s of calls to bpl customer care and many many mails, nothing is happenning.

                      my dishwasher is still faulty even after 3 months.

                        I had a complaint regarding my side by side refrigerator and ordered a thermo part through Service Center Rankawat Jaipur Rajasthan.
                        But its 3 months gone and customer Care always says part will dispatch in 3 to 4 working days.
                        I am very much disappointed from Services of BPL.
                        I don't know why it's so delayed and why customer Care is reporting false statements.
                        I have not seen such very poor customer service by a company.

                          Despite several calls and technician schedules no one has bothered to even update regarding the service request. I have called the BPL Customer care number [protected] several times and the executive has asked me to wait and suddenly the call got disconnected. This is not expected from such a reputed firm.

                              Very sorry to inform that I bought BPL microwave oven in July 2019 through Amazon, I believe that Indian company would not cheat, but I was cheated hardly 27 times only I have used the oven, name w the main board has burstedbout.

                                  The above is the complaint ID registered with bpl customer care [protected]@bpl.in and escalated to [protected]@bpl.in on may 15. Today is July 15 and after countless phone calls to customer care who escalated it to plenty of seniors authorities. Still nothing has happened. Not one service person has called or visited to fix the issue.

                                  People spoken to: Richard from customer care. Selvam from bpl Bangalore team via email. Shankar from Chennai service team head. Jeevan team leader from Bangalore via customer care phone, and a minimum of 5 different people. Everyday 3 calls are made with the promise of either a call back or that they are on leave or lunch break. Everyday we have to repeat our concern. How much should we do to get a simple service person to visit the property to address the concern. The product is also on a 10 year warranty!!

                                    The washing machine we purchased directly from BPL stopped working. We reached out to the customer care and their service technician came to repair the machine. He collected the cost of a part that needed replaced and since then there has been no correspondence despite many follow ups. It is now close to 10 months since the fees has been collected and no service has been provided.

                                      This complain against the issue of mine not being resolved.
                                      As my BPL front load washing machine is not working there is some fault with the spinner and I had made the complaint regarding the same on
                                      1st May, 2021,
                                      the technetian came however he could not resolve the problem and was not sure about the problem he himself looked confused so I made the complaint over the phone at the same point of time.
                                      They told me to make the payment and they were sending the other techenitian and they told me not to pay the other one.
                                      Till now no one has arrived I tried calling your head office they are not even responding so had to file this complain.
                                      Please look through the matter asap and kindly revert it back.

                                        It's only 1.5 years since I bought this product and the cooling issues have started . My freezer doesnot work and I have been calling BPL customer service since past 4 days and they doesnot respond and insults the customer. They keep saying it will take 24 hrs but nothing has happened. I am completely frustrated..their customers service is low grade and a company like BPL should be banned from the consumer industry for not providing proper service for their products pathetic !!!

                                                  Request to lodge service requset to repair damaged BPL washing machine 6.5 kg (2017) door. Door hinge is broken.Images were attched email.id [protected]@bpl.in

                                                  I got call from fraud cc which acknowledged that they are authorised one and asked for 300 for visit charges and 3000 for Broken Hinge and Repairing, which one of cc representative also agreed and registered complaint no.

                                                  Cc is not working, takes almost an hour to connecy (that is limited hours only) and if connect repeating same thing as reply in mail that due to covid it may take some time to arrange service area manager, and for all this almost 2 weeks passed.
                                                  I am a doctor fighting against covid for society and when we need a just simple help, brand like BPL showing its hopeless attitude. Whom to believe now?

                                                  It's not about mechanics comes and repair at reasone cost but what about scam going outside on behalf of BPL. who is involved I am going to file against all this and all social platforms as an eye opener.
                                                  So poor and GHATIYA BPL is.

                                                  Kinldy call on [protected] lodging the complainant and provide us the authorised BPL mechanics at reasonble price as soon as possible. We don't want to loose our trust on BPL.

                                                    Hi, I have purchases multiple product from BPL. In that 3 washing machines, No one taking ownership and resolving my request just copy pasting email format every time. Since 9 months product gets rusting because its not working and other product also inline to get rust due to no service proving by company fro withing warranty product as well.

                                                    Suggested: I will get it corrected and provide you the bills just refund it. No response on that as well.

                                                    Amazon as well not taking any action... to get service to customers be careful while taking long warranty products from any online sites.

                                                      Today i started my BPL gleam 6.5 fully automatic washing machine and even it was started than after some time when i go to check the dryed clothes the machine was not working and the clothes are wet than i tried many times to start the machine but it was not working till yet

                                                        I bought a bpl tv from flipkart. Tv have many problems, from 3 months i am trying to get some help from bpl and flipkart. No body help for solve the problem, though ithave one year warenty. Bpl not dispatch parts for tv. Order id od[protected]
