We have purchased bpl stellar series 80cm 32inch hd ready led smart tv in the month of november 2019.

We got a problem with tv and raised a compliant through customer service and got a number r200720tir28483 on 20july2020. Technician came on 21july2020 and check the tv and said that television main board fault and i have raise order and it will be reach in 10days. And after that we follow many days with technician and as well customer care we don't get problem resolved till date (21aug2020).

Updated by gayathri sathya Kindly request you to take appropriate action to provide the tv main board or replacement of television. For your reference i have attached tax invoice along with 2years extended warranty confirmation.
