I've purchased bpl washing machine front loaded fully automatic 7.5 kg in jan 2018 through amazon, now it is not functioning properly as time setting of this machine has been inturupted since it shows full time when i start it on any command however the machine has stopped after 14 minutes after start. Since i have complained about this on bpl costumer helpline number [protected] four times but no response received from bpl since last 10 days. I just want to say that i am residing at delhi in capital of india then i am facing this problem regarding no person come to help then what service could be provided by bpl in remove location Was this information helpful? | 
Since I bought last year, didn't work properly except dryer.
