This is regarding my service request call dated 18 november 2018 time :12:26 pm. Cuatomer care exec name :danish refuses to give full name and register balmy service complaint saying we do not service bpl fridge that is an old purchase. He point blank denied the complaint. We as a consumer are being denied service of a product that is a bpl priduxt for a reason that its a old purchase.
