BPL — I raised a complaint on 10 Dec ,7 days past but not attending

Team, I raised a request for technician to check on spin Moter not working for my washing machine. It has been 7 days now but they have not sent anyone or even contacted me. I have followed bpl customer care team vai email three times and over phone call twice and everytime they give me answer to wait for next 24 hours, and now their customer care number is not getting picked up either.
