I bought BPL vivid 32" inch TV last April.But it's only 15 months old, now TV has got some display issues. I discussed with your authorised service team. They informed that it will cost ~7000 rs to replace the board. I am totally dissatisfied with your product and I do not want to replace the board at this huge price.
Since I was using BPL TV previosly and it was worked very good for long years, I bought this new led TV.
But now I am totally disappointed by your quality of the product.
Hence I request you to do the necessary replacement by considering all the above points and do the replacement for free of cost.
If it is more than 2 yrs, I would not have asked you about this. But since the product is very less, I requested this. Do the needful. Was this information helpful? |
