I had purchesed a bpl led t. V (32 inches) on 10th october 2018 from amazon. Now i am facing a display problem from 20th february 2019 and i registered 1st time complaint on 23 february 2019 with complaint number -1902f[protected] and your telephonic executive promise me that you should wait 48 hours for service time. But no one contact me for service.
Again i contact to your [protected] number after 4 days but again 48 hours for service and again not a single person contact me regarding service after wait time period i call again its number 5th to contact to your team by me on date 2nd march -2019 complaint number 1903j[protected] after this complaint i got a call from your technician his name mr. Monu sharma - (This is first contact from your company end after 14 days) on 5th march and mr. Monu sharma told me thet "sir i need your bill copy for part order" without visit my address and i send him bill copy through whatsaap. After that i got a call from mr. Sawan kumar from noida they again ashked me t. V serieal number and i provide them through whatssaap on 8th march 2019. After this no one not contact me. After wait 4 days i again contact to mr. Sawan kumar and mr. Rahul (Branch manager noida center) mr. Sawan promiss me for one week for service but after that no response from mr. Sawan. 1st time your technician visit at my address on 20th march-2019. After this again no one contact me. I again make a calll to mr. Sharma he told that "your t. V will be replaced and you need to send me t. V images for replacement through whatssapp on 25th march 2019 and i sent it. Today i contact to mr. Sawan kumar and he told me that we have not re any replacement request.
Now i am very frustrated from your service more them one month have completed but not get service. I don't know bpl is company or vegetable shop. Now i am giving you 48 hours for service after that i am going to consumer court. Now i am seriously mentally torture.
