I had purchesed a bpl led t. V (32 inches) on 10th october 2018 from amazon. Now i am facing a display problem from 20th february 2019 and i registered 1st time complaint on 23 february 2019 with complaint number -1902f[protected] and your telephonic executive promise me that you should wait 48 hours for service time. But no one contact me for service.
Again i contact to your [protected] number after 4 days but again 48 hours for service...
