Bpl Logistics — Worst experience with BPL logistics in shifting. Damaged and missing items and no insurance copy received

I booked BPL Logistics for shifting my home good from Ghaziabad to Thane. First of all it was delayed for 2 days. The total cost included insurance amount but they never give us insurance copy. Our many items got damaged badly including 55' inch Nokia TV screen. Apart from that other furniture was broken like bed, study table, office chair, guitar, kids cycle, photo frames, plastic stuff etc. When we complined to them, they stop responding to our calls. No ownership, no accountability from their side. This caused us a lot of financial loss and mental harrassment.
