I am writing this review to share my highly disappointing experience with BPL Logistics. I had chosen them for relocating my household materials from Delhi to Bhubaneswar, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare.

Firstly, the promised delivery date was within 10 days, but my shipment arrived after an excruciatingly long wait of 2 months. During this period, I had to follow up with them for updates constantly, and it was a mentally taxing process. The lack of honest feedback on the status of my materials only added to my frustration.

When my goods finally arrived on 24th July 2023, my heart sank as I discovered that most of the items were severely damaged. The condition in which the boxes were received was appalling. I had taken the precaution of paying for insurance during transportation, hoping for a secure and smooth process, but that clearly did not make any difference.

The losses I have incurred due to the damages amount to a staggering Rs. 2, 00, 000. The list of irreparably damaged goods includes a broken watch, kitchen utensils, a damaged fridge, clothes, an induction cooker, showpieces, a glass mirror, a bean bag, a bike helmet, and even food products.

I have attached images of the damaged items and the state in which they were delivered, along with the invoice indicating the insurance payment.

I feel utterly let down by BPL Logistics, and the entire experience has left me frustrated and disillusioned. I sincerely hope they take my claim seriously and process it promptly.

If anyone is considering using BPL Logistics for their relocation needs, I strongly advise against it. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, and I wish I had chosen a more reliable and customer-oriented service.

I hope this review helps others make informed decisions. Please be cautious and think twice before entrusting your valuable belongings to this company.

I recently took services from BPL Packers And Movers (P) Ltd. to shift goods from Delhi to Gwalior. BPL LOGISTICS is the WORST Transport company. Do not trust them. They use several tricks to put you in a situation where you eventually pay as per their demand which is unreasonably high.

This person who has this number named Dinesh [protected] will give you false quotation which is normal charges and once your goods would be loaded in their truck you are caught in their trap. Now, They will blackmail you to pay additional charges and keep sending revised invoices by increasing the 6k amount each day..

I can share the recording of their rude and extremely arrogant management staff specialy the person named BPL RP Sharma[protected].

When we complained to them, they stop responding to our calls. No ownership, no accountability from their side. This caused us a lot of financial loss and mental harrassment.

I Could only suggest based on my personal experience that please do not use their services as you will get mental Torture and Harrasment.

BPL Logistics is a very fraud and worst company, they will take your valuables according to invoive generated n after that they start blackmailing you to pay extra 10, 000-30, 000rs. They charged me 15, 000rs extra to get my things delivered. Its still not delivered though.

I booked BPL Logistics for shifting my home good from Ghaziabad to Thane. First of all it was delayed for 2 days. The total cost included insurance amount but they never give us insurance copy. Our many items got damaged badly including 55' inch Nokia TV screen. Apart from that other furniture was broken like bed, study table, office chair, guitar, kids cycle, photo frames, plastic stuff etc. When we complined to them, they stop responding to our calls. No ownership, no accountability from their side. This caused us a lot of financial loss and mental harrassment. They took the money first, including large amount for insurance, then broke lot of stuff but didn't pay any insurance money. They don't even respond. I don't think, they do the insurance at all. They just eat the insurance money also. The docket number is bpl102250. I have all the pictures of the broken stuff which i send to them. But nothing happened. This company should be blacklisted.

I booked a logistics transportation service through sulekha.com from BPL Logistics. They had confirmed on initial talk that they will pack all items from Gurgaon, deliver and unpack all items in Bangalore. They assured delivery within 7-10days, but they delivered on 15th day, and refuse to unpack items. When I unpacked my AC outdoor unit for installation on 6th day, it’s completely damaged and even they have not marked on packets that it AC outdoor unit and they have not marked top portion, for that all gas removed. I had taken insurance amount 1lac for all items, when I called them they are refuse to take action on that even they are not giving insurance paper also and they are not raising a complaint request. 1st point they have not delivered on assured timeline, 2nd point they have not packed, marked and handled AC outdoor unit properly, 3rd point they are not taking action on that when I trying to claim insurance amount they are not answering and refusing that. 4th Point they are threatening me when I told them that I will lodge a complaint against them. I want to claim insurance or I want my money back, and I don’t want anyone again face the same issue.

Subject: bad service experience.
I contacted bpl packers and movers as per urban clap suggesion. Their service was poor. I am still waiting in my destination to get my consignments which is been dispatched from delhi on 12 th of january. They stopped pickjng up mh call too. As they feels i am a disturbance to them. It was really a bad experience. I regret deciding on urban claps trusted suggesion. And relying on bpl logistic. Please do not do this to any one in the name of business. I dont expect any follow up or feed back as i am already got affected you guys never understand my lossess. I am privilaged to be an unhappy customer
