BPL — Negligence from service agency

Sir/mam, I complained in bpl regarding my washing machine. Engineer came on 09 july 2015 took the service charge and told me to replace the defected part under one week ... One month has passed and nothing happened ... I called him regularly and he gives excuses like .."next day" or "next 3 days".. Then i called and got the following information [protected] said not in my hand call the engineer. [protected] said not in my hand. Service agency- nothing but excuses. I don't know what to do after paying them. They should either repair or refund my money. My complaint no -161315
