My name is Jithin from Palakkad, Kerala. I bought a BPL Smart TV on[protected]. Model is BPL Stellar series 80cm 32 inch HD ready LED Smart TV. And within a short time (in April), picture and sound not working. We gave a complaint to BPL as it is having 1 year warranty. And they responded in May and one of the BPL guy came and said that the board is not working and he had taken the TV on May 2020. After 2 week I have called him and he said the board is coming from Bangalore and BPL Bangalore office is making the delay. I have give the complaint to BPL customer care as well. After 3 months, no response/updates from anyone of them. It's a new TV and it got complaint within a short time and they don't have any reputation to make it clear quickly. I don't know what kind of service they are providing. Please help me to sort this issue by taking necessary action
