We have purchased a bpl led model no. Bpl 80 cm (32 inches) hd ready led tv t32bh3a (Black).in october month-2018. Now the led screen han not working. We have many time complaint to costumer care. But did not get any response to till date. However the led is in warranty period.
Kindly take action in this regard.
