Bpl Television — new tv not working for past 4 months (complaint number r190916cen12556)

I bought bpl 32" inch tv from amazon on 31st may 2019 and it works fine for 2-3 months and after that it is not powering on. Raised complaint on 16th september 2019 (Complaint number r190916cen12556) and technician told that power main board faulty and will get replace in 7 days but till now 25th december 2019 it is not yet replaced. All required details and bill copy is already provided on [protected]@bpl.in and still no revert from bpl. Customer care are giving new dates for resolution but nothing is moving. Please get this tv replace or give me my money back asap.
