[Resolved]  Bpl Television — Repair

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had bought one TV set of BPL company which was locked suddenly without any fault from my part. When I contacted to Engineer he replied me that this is the manufacturing defect and it happens rarely. Now I can't use the set. The required IC is not available in the market . I want the IC without which I cannot open the TV or the company should pay me for a new set, since it is their manufacturing defect.
