I purchased a bpl 32 inch led tv from bpl. On 3rd dec 18. Now the now has no display since 22 oct 18, i called on the customer care number and was told that technician will contact me in 48 to 72 hrs. However no one contacted or called me. I am calling band emailing them every alternate day. They give a scripted reply everytime. Please help me as i am cheated by the company.
