BPL Washing machine — No Proper response from BPL

I have purchased a bpl front load washing machine and it has problem while running it makes sounds loudly and vibrates heavily... I have contacted customer care multiple times but they are not taking necessary action towards the issue everytime they wait for 48 hours our technician came and resolve your issue. But last one and half month they said like this i need a proper action towards thier neglegency . This is my complaint register id r210308ad34765
