In machine inlet water from machine gets back
I recently purchased a new BPL washing machine and found it to be faulty. The knob in the washing machine is not working properly. The customer care is always engaged and I am clueless as to what I can do. BPL customer care dont even seem to care. My money is in jeopardy and need your help to ensure I get better service.
