I have purchased a washing machine of bpl 6.5 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine on 23rd march 2018. It stopped working on 1st oct 2018 and i have given a complaint to customer care on 04th oct 2018 and executive has visited and said that some parts need to change. From that day onwards i'm continuously following up with the customer care and there is no response from the team. I have written mails for resolution of repair or replacement of washing machine but still no reply has been received. Replace the washing machine on immediate basis. Was this information helpful? |
