BPL — washing machine not working

I bought BPL washing machine 6 months back and from past 3 months its not working. I have been trying to contact BPL customer care through their helpline and mails, they sent their technician and was unable to fix it. I demanded for exchange/repair but nothings happening. No one is responding to my mails, and I am stuck with a faulty profuct. Kindly let me know some course of action that I should follow
