A new cheating method lunched for the name of E Pub in Chennai based BPO companies. They cheated so many poor peoples from Karnataka, Kerala, Andra Pradesh. Their style of cheating is as follows…….
1. When any one contacted to Imalaya Infotechs(Mohanbabu) ([protected]) for e pub job, he will advice to visit their office first. (His office is in a very dirty place at Anna Nagar)
2. He will come to your office for verification and he says that his client is a MNC company they have their office in USA, UK, etc and if you have any doubt, you can call them directly. But the given phone nos are with one of his close friend’s office.
3. If you are satisfied, he advice to remit the money to his personal account (His company did not have any Current account).
4. After remittance, he will send one or three fools (trainers) to your center for training. But they did not know the basic of XHTML, CSS, etc. related to e-pub.
5. Then after unsuccessful completion of the training, he provide LIVE WORK for Rs. 1/- per page. And instruct to complete the files with in 6 hours. But anybody can do the work in the given time. Also did not get any benefits from this.
If anybody wants to start the work, please refer two more reference centers.

Bloody jayesh, sreejesh and pillai, these guys are waste fellow, i warning you, don't post again this, if you want to see payment proof and reference everything for us. we already explained you, this process want to start means, good knowledged person only can do, but you required 10 th and 12 students, how can we give training, then also we given properly past 3 months, i expense almost above 75k for your center only, but now you said, our company is fraud, see if you post again like this means, ok we ready to face this issue legally, you know one think, if you post means, i want to take action differently, then your hole family will face this issues ok, this is for only warning, not for joke.

Epub is a very good and genuine processes but the Imalaya Infotech (Mohan Babu) and Desk Infotech (Sandhya, Madan, Vinoth, Prabhu, Anand) are fake in this field. They are doing only computer sales and services. They do not have any idea about E-Pub. I think Vinoth and Madan are playing this drama behind Sandhya. She had some knowledge about Epub and so. Seeing all these posts confirmed my worst fears about BINGENSYS. Even I've been cheated by these people. Its not a small amount by any means that these people demanded for a seat.

I think instead of just posting on this forum and keeping quiet, we all should unite and put a criminal case against these people. After all I believe that no one can escape law now-a-days except maybe those who are really powerful, influential and rich!!! And Iam certain these people aren't.

So, someone pls take a lead on this and let all others know the various options/plans of action against these Bingensys fraudsters.

Officials of the Central Crime Branch on Monday arrested two persons on charges of cheating a businessman of Rs.30 lakh after promising to get him a business process outsourcing (BPO) project.

According to a press release, Mukesh Kumar Patidar of Neok Solution had lodged a complaint with Commissioner of Police T. Rajendran that Bingensys Technologies Pvt. Ltd director P. Muthukumar (28) and marketing manager K. Krishnamurthy (28) of Valasaravakkam had promised to arrange a BPO project and took Rs.30 lakh from him.

Even after Patidar arranged manpower and infrastructure for the project, no such work order was made available.

The accused refused to return the money. A special team of the CCB arrested Muthukumar and Krishnamurthy. They were produced in a city court and remanded to judicial custody, the release said.

If any one has any doubt about the things iam saying, i can show you the receipts issued by National Groups and the details of the bank transactions.He has got only the cheque i have given him.My bank people have cancelled the cheque long back after i showed them the FIR i filed against Mr.Reyas and National Groups.Now he cannot do anything with that.Mr Reyas had called me last week to request me to stop everything.I didn't agree for it and he sent me few threatening messages.Now i have filed on more complaint for threatening by showing the messages to the police.I request all the people who have got cheated by Mr Reyas and National groups to come up with the evidence and to prosecute them for cheating.We will make sure that these people will be behind bars for at least 5 years.Guys, contact me in the following numbers and i can lead you people to get back our hard earned money.Thank You

And i challenge you Mr.Reyas if you have any proof that i have cheated you, show it in this forum.You are saying that you paid me 3, 00, 000 rupees.Do you have any reciept or bank transaction details of that?If you have it, just put it in this forum.I can show you the recipts you gave me and there re another 7 to 8 people who are ready to show the recipets you gave.You are not going to escape from this Reays.And one more thing, i don't bring families in between my business matters. National Groups — national company cheated many people in name of BPO projects

hi all,

national company is a big cheating one in madhurai, mr.reyas and sabari are the heads of the hole things.

they are doing scams in the name of BPO process. we too lost 2lakhs amount for the process of XML

project. for that we have paid 6 months ago, every time they are postponing the process, so far we couldn't

get the process. now we are going to take action on them

There are some people in Delhi named "Vikas Tiwari", "Mahesh" etc god knows what name they take. BEWARE of them - they are fooling people by giving false BPO contracts.

Its very easy to hide your identity and then say that this or that person is fraud, I am in BPO Industry since long and has a long list of clients behind me, if you are son of one father then open your identify or give the members your contact details and show me and others whom I have cheated, you have got my no. also give me a call and tell me who the hell are you and what i have taken from you.
