Dear Sir / Madam,
We, (i) Mrs. Rita Dudeja and (ii) Dr. Jai Paul Dudeja, are the joint allottees o[censored]nit No. A-71-SF of BPTP Amstoria, Sector 102, Gurgaon.
Our Observations:
As per the Buyer's Agreement dated 17th April 012, signed between BPTP and us, the physical possession of the said unit was to be handed over within 24 months from the date of this agreement (that is, by 16th April014, which is already over) with a grace period of 180 days (that is, by mid-October14).
We have already paid 82.5% of BSP, plus 100% of EDC, plus 100% of PLC, plus 100% of club membership charges, paid within a period of less than 15 months (till 18th Apr13). After this there has been no further demand raised by you till date (for more than 15 months since the last payment made by us).
We have visited this unit of ours several times in the last 15 months and found, to our disappointment, that there was a NO PROGRESS for the last one year, in the construction of this unit.
We are feeling cheated by the BPTP. What should we do now? We are pensioners and our hard earned money has gone into it.
