Residents from Pristine Greens Borhadewadi Moshi 412105There are many stray dogs, which are wondering on streets and inside society at night. It makes it very difficult to cross that path at night as all the dogs start barking at the person. It might be fatal if anyone is trapped in the group of so many dogs. There are around 8 to 10 dogs. They start barking and crying at midnight which is very disturbing and affecting adversely on health of residents in the area.
I request your team to take proper action against this as soon as possible.

    I own a flat of Pristine Builders at Equilife Homes, Mahalunge, Pune, 411045. I didnt get possession as per targeted date. So I moved to flat as soon as possible wherein they promosed to get work done related tiles routing for all rooms including washrooms. But its been 5 days I have moved noone is cooperating. And people given the contract are we don’t do this detailed work and raising voice for no reason, trying to convince that this is not our task to do. I tried asking sales people, but again the people given this contract are trying to ignore and hide under the hood. I really worried about this finishing work coz the flat doesnt look new at all. Please help me.

      I have bought the flat Pristine sri krishna apartment in Kammasandra. My flat work hasn’t been completed to a quality standard. I am unhappy with the standard of building work to receive a flat. I have booked 2bhk flat in pristine builders sri krishna aparments Phase 1. As per floor plan Master bed size is 13 x10.7, other bed room size is 10 x 10. But my flat bed room size was totally very small one. Recently i checked the size it was 10 x 9 only.Delivered a house that does not comply with the specifications agreed upon. Delivered a poor quality construction 1. They have fixed the brokable tiles in the bathroom. 2. Past two month water was leaking in the bed room. 3. All the window was Zig- Zag postition not in perfect position. 4. There is no proper way for the cable wire and intercom Kindly advise me to what can i do protest them?

      Rain watee harvesting is mandatory requirement but its evidence presence not seen in pristine Greens moshi project on Inquiry at sales office no proper communication received it should be installed by builder immediately

        Project located in kammasandra village near electronic city. These people promised to give possession on January 2015.But i ooccupied the house on last may month. Pristine builders dont have how to construct the building. Nothing is perfect condition even Wall, door, window. Everything in Zig zag position. They have fixed in my bathroom broken tiles, Domage door frame, Not proper power supply.

        I lost all my money, my happiness, peace. Everything i lost becuase of Pristine builders.
