I Rahul Kumar a residence of BPTP PARKLANDS PRIDE, sector 77, Pin-121006, faridabad, haryana. I want to bring to your keen notice that the street dogs in our society have created a panic. There are n number of street dogs in our society that to they are unbearable. They bite people with no reason and chase them. They have created a terror in my society, they are expanding day by day and if this continues there will be more dogs than people in our society. They bark day and night so, people aren’t able to study or sleep. Its my humble request to kindly remove them from our society...

    I bought a plot from BPTP, project named Parkland Pride, Sector 77 last year and now I am constructing it. During construction I found two common area sewer chambers inside my plot which were supposed to outside of my plot's boundary wall. I am chasing over phone, in person, over mail with BPTP since Oct 2022 but till now they have not actioned on it.

      I live in BPTP PARK ELITE PREMIUM FLATS SECTOR 84 FARIDABAD and while purchasing flat on 2nd floor i had paid 1.79 lakhs extra for that space but now all of sudden they planned o[censored]sing my place for stairs... Dey have cheated with me and falsely taken my money on the name of Super Space... I want strict action on the same and wants it to be stopped promptly...

        Despite an Agreement signed between me and BPMS (the maintenance arm of BPTP and their collecting monthly maintenance charges, no maintenance service provided at all in C-16 & C-17 lanes of BPTP Parklands, Sector 85, Faridabad.
        No inner road, no cleaning of wild growth, massive waterlogging, breeding ground for dengue and malaria mosquitoes.
        No action despite several complaints to their concerned officials who, despite collecting monthly maintenance charges, claim they have no funds.
        All this while BPTP is spending a lot on their District Parks in Faridabad because they have to sell new plots there and also spending a lot on their township in Gurgaon.
        Contemplating taking legal action in consumer courts to get our rights as it is breach of Agreement by BPTP

          Every week, the server back fires and my kitchen gets clogged. This problem is there for almost 2 years. The entrire house stinks. You neither can cook nor eat.
          Inspite of regular complaints there is no support. We are paying heavy maintenance, then also they don't do anything in regards.
          This is a toucher, spending so much money and buying a flat has turned out to be a bog pain. Request to look into this matter with immediate effect.

            They charged maintenance every quarterly approx. 4500 Rs. but there is no maintenance on roads, no cleaning activity on empty plots.. water locking on roads as well as on empty plots..

            Due to water locking and garbage's around the empty plots there are lots of snakes, insects are developing..

            My Client code is 165711 and after several complaints no action has been taken by them..

                Hi Team,
                Project team who deliver the flat, they are not picking up my phone. I paid all my payment on 12th July, even then there is very less progress in my flat's work. I had informed CRM and project team that I would shift in my flat on 12 th Aug as I need vacate my current rented flat by this month .please issue fit out NOC ASAP as I had already paid entire amount and relevant documents. Every time I call CRM team, they will divert me to some new person. Request you to pls sync me with some senior person of BPTP. Hope you understand.

                  Please note that I am paying electricity bill every month immediately after receiving the invoice, except last month abd current month because the outstanding started showing from last month is improper. When I am paying due charges every month without delay then ehy outstanding of previous month is showing?
                  Also pls note that from last month, it has advised to pay through BPMS website, when I tried to pay the bill, it is showing outstanding if previous month which is not correct
                  Hence please clarify the same and send me electricity bill account statement so that I can check at my end too

                    I stay in Sec 75 p-block p3-41-ff bptp Park Elite Floors. This year April i shifted to this flat. Since then I am not receiving any emails hardcopy or any notification about came and electricity bills from bptp side. Everyone I go to there office but no solution. From last 4 months I did not received my electricity bill.now they will send all months bills together instead of each month with interest and all. Please help me in resolving this issue.

                        I had submitted the NOC fitout letter on 02/04/2022 to Project/site Incharge. Today is 09/07/2022 and no work is started in the flat after n number of calls and visit of every week from Delhi to BPTP Park Generations . Project Incharge is busy in their own stories and no matter with your problem at all. Every time they say we will start the work in 2-3 days and that never came . Some time they have labour issue, some time contractor are not...

                        BPTP यहां सेक्टर-81 ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में अनैतिक व्यवहार कर रहा है, रोजाना बहुत लंबी और लगातार बिजली कटौती हो रही है, 500 से अधिक परिवार अत्यधिक चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहे हैं।
                        ऐसे भीषण तापमान में आप हमसे कैसे जीने की उम्मीद करते हैं?
                        हम अपने मूल मानव अधिकार से वंचित हैं। हम रात को चैन से नहीं सो पाते। न तो दिन में ठीक से काम करते हैं क्योंकि बिजली प्रति दिन 10 घंटे से भी कम समय के लिए आती है, वह भी अनियमित किश्तों में। पिछले 15 दिनों में बिजली की आपूर्ति कुल मिलाकर 185 घंटे से अधिक समय तक बंद रही, कई बार सबसे लंबे समय तक लगातार 8-10 घंटे तक आउटेज रहा, यहां तक कि हम इनवर्टर को ठीक से चार्ज नहीं कर सकते। यह दयनीय है। हर दिन हमें लंबे समय तक बिजली कटौती का सामना करना पड़ता है और आज कोई अपवाद नहीं है।

                        इसका समाधान कब होगा? …कोई सुन रहा है…???

                          This society head of the department harrass the PPL, whenever we call then don't whether it's electricity or water I am calling them 10 hours but didn't picked once. And i got another nos. From sm1 they are not answering on that. I don't have water in my house from 10 hours can't do my regular work they PPL are harrassing shame on BPTP and I am thankful to God I am only Tennant i will make sure in my circle and their circle and their circle no-one will waste his hard-earned money on this kind of cheap society they don't know how to resolve their regular issues if the DHBVN cut the electricity for 3 hours their whole system get crashed pls whoever is reading this comment take it very seriously

                            Dear Team

                            I have been residing in sector 85 block E elite floors in second floor and every other day i am not able to get water supply, although water supply is been given to 1st and ground floor, since tank of second floor is on height so everytime i have to call officials for tanker .
                            Due to regular issue 24hrs i wait for tanker .
                            At my home i have 2 patients i am fed up with the services and issues .

                            Reason for low supply in second floor i get is due to water pressure . Either my water tank to be kept with 1st and ground floor or provide tanker everyday on time . I am expecting permanent solution for this high issue.

                            If this will not be taken seriously i have to escalate the matter to higher authorities as well.

                              I booked office space in Centra One building in Gurgaon in2006. after taking 60% payment in 2008 the co gave buyer agreement that possession will be given in 2011. The after lot of calls they gave possession letter in 2018 that u deposit these undue amount than space will be made ready and possession given.
                              The space is not ready as yet and they are charging maintainance 21000/- month.
                              Besides this there are so many bunglings in accounts that makes wonder this is company or scammer organisation.

                                    BPTP, inspite of having such reputable name in construction, lacks a big time in their maintainence system. The electricity provided in the block is mostly off. One even didnt even get the time to charge invertors. I get to see a series of same nature of complaints in this platform but hardly seems to be get corrected.
                                    I really request you to look into this or the least of it to make us understand what exactly we are paying a hefty maintainence when we dont even access to lights or the roads.
