Me Vijay Sharma, E-42-04-SF meri id hai 116817 . mere yha paani ki hamesa sikayat rehty hai complaint kro to bolte hain krte hain but krte krte shaam ho jaty hai ab batao ki agr me job jaata hu to mujhe subha paani bhi chahiye but mujhe paani ki complaint kiye hue abhi 24 hrs. Ho gye but abhi tk koi bhi paani lekr nhi aaya ya bheja nhi gya. Ye roj roj ka drama accha nhi lgta. Me ab paani ke liye job chhod du kya.
Please ise jld se jld fix kre.

    Possession not given by bptp

    Address: ECE House connaught place delhi

    I booked a unit ( P-8-21FF )in 2009 and after making 85% payment on time still waiting for possession . Customer care not in a position to provide proper reply .
    From last eight years always a same reply, possession will be given in next 3-4 months.
    Unable to upload videos/photo which i have for my unit . No change in position from jul 2015 onwards ( this date mention on walls)....

    I Rohit Yadav resident of V7/10 sector-76 bptp near kalka public school. My customer code is 153808. There is no road and no footpath in V7 line. Many times the complaints have been made to SANJAY SAINI and RAVI RANJAN MISHRA but they both turn deaf our problem. I am complaining about this since last 2 years but there is no resolution. Feel some shame BPTP. It is not expected from the big firm like BPTP.

      I have a house in BPTP Parkland M7-04. There has been low voltage electricity and frequent power cuts from past several months. I have been complaining and writing email to the concerns maintenance but they are neither fixing the issue nor they are replying my email. Even one of their employee called me and started misbehaving. I have written to the maintenance department so many times but they are not replying. I have attached screenshot of written emails. Please take action against this mental harrasment. I have been paying approx rs 5000/- as maintenance every quarter and they are not providing any service.

            Bptp electricity board is harassing us so much that we are fed up with this the light is coming for only 7-8 hrs in 24 hrs and yesterday full night electricity supply is not there and they are not picking the phone o[censored]s the phone of all person are in airplane mode even today electricity supply is not there and no one is picking up the phone . Even if they pick the phone 1 time they say we even don't know that electricity is not there

              There is huge issue in electricity. We have shifted to sector 85 faridabad since may 30, 2021, since then there is problem in electricity. Daily we are facing electricity issues and from yesterday its almost full day electricity cut.

              Kindly look into matter urgently. Its hampering daily life of many.

              Also no street lights work here, its looks like complete dark and unsafe place to live.

              Further it takes so much time in mutation that and it is not easy to install electricity meter here. I heard people are waiting since a year. It is very bad situation here where cost of properties are too much high with no basic amenities to live.

              It is very urgent to look on these matters very seriously. I request kindly look and resolve or urgent basis to make it place to live.

Yesterday I called RAVI RANJAN MISHRA for footpath purpose (curve stone) he replied that BPTP doesn't have curve stone so your problem will not be solved. Feel some shame BPTP we are living in sector not in the colony, see the condition of V7 line . We are regularly paying the maintenance but BPTP is not offering any service in return. This is not expected from the big firm like BPTP

                    Electricity issue

                    Since Friday we are facing lot of issues with electricity. Yesterday night there was no electricity from 9 pm till 2:30 am today again electricity gone at 10 pm and it's 11:22 pm to no clue about electricity . In the afternoon no electricity for 2 hours. We are paying now advance then also this issue. Please get it resolved asap.

                    It’s been 4 days we are surviving without electricity address-sector 85 Faridabad meter isn’t working since then we have tried to connect with bptp people no one is helping out how can people be so careless towards the people to whom u r providing electricity.its been 4 days without electricity in this raising temp of summer. Kindly do something about it

                      Dear Sir

                      I Purchased the Floor in BPTP and submit all the payments including one year advance maintenance and IFMS charges on 26th Feb 2021. Till today i am not getting the key / transfer file from the builder even after so many follow-ups. Even we don't know their decision person. Now i am paying the pre EMI along with rent. Very bad structure of BPTP management where customer can not find the resolution.

                      BPTP customer care called today at 10:33 am but without any discussion they cut the call, now message received that complaint closed. Further new fraud. Very bad experience.

                        Amount of electricity connection was deducted on 6th March 2021, but still I have not receievd electricity connection from BPTP.
                        Following for same from March but not receievd the connection but receievd abusive and threatening language from Mr Pawan Tripathy. Even Mr. Anil is not cooperating on same.
                        Don't know whom to connect for same.

                          I have purchased Third Floor D-7, BPTP Parkland Sector 85 Faridabad in the month of October and Mutation has been done on Feb. I have submitted the document related to request for 3 phase electricity meter but for the BPTP internal issues they have delayed the process. Now it's been around more than month I am still waiting for electricity connection on my floor with no any clarity when it will be done.
                          Please please help me out from difficult situation so that we can keep our faith on BPTP as a buyer and investor. Hope to hear from you soon.

                          Same situation we are facing here, if bptp cannot provide electricity connections and mutation on time then why we are calling this it is a urban place as here is situation is equally bad as in villages. In todays era on alomost no place where electricity issues exists but here in sector 85 bptp, there are a lot many issues with electricity connection and supply thought bptp is a private structure where things shall be more better but instead it is worst.

                            We have bought plot in bptp pride PB sector-77 in 2014. we are holding this plot for last 7 years and paying their maintenance charges of around 13000 annually to bptp even when their were not essential amenities available. now they have increased their charges from 13000 to 23000 in a year without prior notice. their is no park for maintenance in the block, no common area, bushes in empty plot are going wild in which snakes are making their home. i have mailed to bptp for this. their is no response from them. i would like to raise my voice through this platform.

                              I purchased plot with BPTP and they have taken excess payment (INR 80, 000) from me

                              I have chased for many years to refund or adjust that excess money for my maintenance charges (transfer from BPTP to BPMS A/c).
                              I have been to their head office, called few staff, dropped mail to customer care.
                              In Jan 21 they said they have transferred money to my maintenance a/c (annual maintenance charges appear in BPMS a/c) and i highlighted that it doesn't reflect.
                              They said it will reflect in a/c by Apr 21.
                              Now i have received invoice from them to pay annual maintenance charges and no money is transferred.

                              I see below 2 issues in dealing with them

                              1) Unfavourable terms for Individual buyer - First of all they kept excess money and didnt pay interest whereas when they ask for payment they put clause of 18% interest charge if paid after due date.
                              2) Poor response to resolve customer queries / issues - I chased for many year to get excess money refunded to me but till now it doesn't appear to happened.

                                  It is more than 12 years of booking that floor, but construction is not completed yet. BPTP always gives new date of possession and never fulfil their commitment. I am following up since long over email and call, but no resolution. They don't even reply on email. I have given full now. Alok (Manager), Himanshu & Santosh from customer care always make excuses.

                                  Being a senior citizen, Every time i can't go to their corporate office where they provide no resolution.

                                    Sir/Madam,
                                    You told me that Govt rule has been changed and 2% extra charges will be applicable.
                                    Now I tell you that
                                    1) I have paid all payment of conveyance deed and related documents on January 2020.
                                    2) Now Rule of Govt.will be applicable from 01/04/2021.
                                    3) Today is 18/03/21. and till you have 12 days for registry having old rates which I have already paid to you.
                                    4) I have all the proofs. I will not pay any extra money. I have talked with my Lawyer. I give you 12 days time. If you do not provide me date of Registry, I will file the case in the District court.
                                    5) This is the case of Women Mental Harassment also. I have paid all money around 1.3 years before and in this long duration you did not provide registry date and did not give possession of my Flat. I am mentally disturbed because of you only.
                                    6) you can check my record.I have paid timely payment every time and I am your sincere customer. Even then you did not care about me and thats Why I have to go for Court.
